I think the staff forgets that the customers are the ones that keeps this business going. That’s why they have jobs. I know when yall are prepping peoples food you can see and feel that the chicken strip is hard and crusty. They simply just don’t care since they’re not the ones eating it. It’s sad to see that this building is new and the franchisee has not done anything on making changes for the better.

Me and my sister asked to make 2 separate orders and they make us wait till they help out a different car, which we understood but fast forward they proceed to charge BOTH orders on the SAME card and says “oh you wanted to pay for them separately?” sir that’s exactly why we asked for 2 different orders. All of that just to make us wait longer and my crunch wrap had no damn meat in it, and the tostada in it was soggy and my crunchy taco was soggy and a little cold, i literally think i got old food or they put wet lettuce in my food. weslaco Taco Bell has never and will never do me this dirty. I do not recommended this specific Taco Bell

This place is a disaster. When we arrived around midnight, we noticed a group of teenagers hanging around in the lobby, just fooling around and chatting with the workers. That should have been the first red flag. When I went to order, the worker kept giggling nonstop, and I had to repeat my order multiple times. I could tell she wasn’t getting it right, but every time I tried to correct her, she just kept saying, “Yes, I have it,” while laughing. Sure enough, when I got to the window, the order was wrong, extra things were added, and something was missing. I had to reorder and go through the same frustrating process of repeating myself and her giggling again. When we asked why she was laughing so much, she said, “He doesn’t leave me alone,” referring to a manager who looked about 40. It was clear he was the one distracting her. I told him it was extremely unprofessional for him to be preventing her from doing her job, and instead of apologizing, he just walked away. Meanwhile, this poor girl, who looked about 16 but probably 18, was left standing there, clearly uncomfortable. It was honestly disturbing to witness. The whole environment felt completely unprofessional and out of control. I would not recommend coming here. If your little girl is working here, please get her out, because she is clearly being groomed.
