Worse Wendy’s ever.. Employees all have attitudes, management doesn’t seem to care. They all need to take a refresher course on customer service. Will never be back to this location again!!!

The attendant didn't seem to care about customer service. When they asked what I wanted as a drink, I ordered a soft drink and the proceeded to tell me they only tea and lemonade. I do not know what is available and I really think it's the responsibility of the attendant to inform the customer of these issues before the customer orders their food. It happened again when I ordered a lemonade. They told me they didn't have regular lemonade. Once I got to the window, the girl who took my order was not friendly. She just took my card without providing me with the total, handed it back to me without the receipt, and then just walked away. She handed me the bag and immediately closed the window without asking if I needed any condiments. She placed ONE napkin in my bag, the cook made my burger in a very sloppy manner, and the fries were burnt. I do not recommend anyone visit this location.

Overall terrible Experience. First, the drive through cashier was essentially rushing us as we tried to see what we wanted to order, they had no one else but us. Asked us every 10 seconds if we were ready even after I said to give me some time. Worst of all, the frosty tasted bad. Like the milk was already bad.
Every time I go to this store, I always order the same thing and every time it's not what I ordered. It's all good so I eat it but it's never right

We ordered spicy Buffalo nuggets then the person taking the order said they didn’t have any ok fine we got bbq instead and they just gave us the sauce on the side we got 2 burgers and one of them had everything when we asked for only mayo and lettuce and then proceeded to forget straws and the manager acted like she didn’t know nothing donna??

I've always liked the chilli from Wendy's, but this location is not my favorite for many reasons the chilli doesn't have any ground beef the way it should have it. They hire a bunch of unprofessional kids that have no people skills, they make a lot of mistakes too, the times I've dine in and drive thru 90% of the times there's always something wrong with my orders. Not to mention that you can see them joking around not paying attention to what they're doing. One time the cashier handing me my food through drive thru window just shoved it out to me I almost dropped it and she just closed the window on me. Point and case I rather go to the Weslaco location.

Ordered 2 combos & a frosty. Pyll up to the window get 2 drinks & and a frosty, 1 bag with 1 burger and fries. When the asked about the second combo the girl says ma'am you only ordered 1 combo. Then why would you give me 2 drinks? She couldn't answer me. The manager comes to the window and they had only charged me 1 combo but gave me 2 drinks. Fries were cold and obviously had been sitting there for awhile. Donna Wendy's you FAILED AGAIN.
