I thought that mobile orders would be given priority, since one must enter a pick up time. My order was over 10 minutes late. It would have been faster just to use the drive thru. However, I did get a free burger on the mobile app. Thanks, Dave!
Food is great, the cooks are fast and accurate, the servers and hostesses are a bit rude and bland with their service, but the food always comes out good and fast. Take all other reviews at face value, I mean one is literally complaining about coming to Donna, from Alamo so... ?
I have not eaten in. I've only been through the drive-thru. But I've ordered here three times already and all three times my food was really good especially the chili. The burgers were good and I didn't have a 20 or 30 minute wait like I do at some of the other places. We got in and out in 5 minutes or less. Chili is exceptional burgers are really good. Hopefully they don't change
