We recently visited this location and had an amazing experience! The store was spotless, the staff was extremely friendly, and everyone greeted us right when we walked in. The food was hot, fresh, and honestly exceeded our expectations. We truly wish every Wendy’s operated like this one.
I dont who is doing the hiring or what at this Donna location but WOW the staff is always so nice and friendly. They greet you, smile and make sure you have everything you need. I feel like I'm being punked LOL. Yes the food is good, but the staff is what makes people coming back. They actually look like they like their job and not all miserable like some other fast-food places.
I thought that mobile orders would be given priority, since one must enter a pick up time. My order was over 10 minutes late. It would have been faster just to use the drive thru. However, I did get a free burger on the mobile app. Thanks, Dave!
