Food is good but service is extremely slow. I usually order carryout and it's never ready when they say it will be. I'm here now. App said it would b ready by 7:17. I just got my food at 7:33. Never coming back. Terrible service.

This location is the best! All the employees are friendly, they work super fast, they have a great attitude, and the attention to detail is impeccable. I was extremely impressed, they had multiple orders coming in but they never lost their friendliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I didn’t like how the host Jazlynn dis-corrected my name. She also changed my name without telling me. I had told her how to spell my name, it’s short but she insisted on using a certain, different name, my wings were cold, and with barely any sause and got my dressings wrong. Jazlynn and her girl partner were laughing as Jazlynn got almost everyone’s name wrong as nobody knew and their order was all cold because of her putting the names wrong purposely, and the girl went around tables having to check as they both laughed at the wrong naming and laughed the whole shift. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Store “manager,” Emily (likely a false name given) was condescending, RUDE, and lacked the communication skills that are essential in a person in a supervisory role. She said she couldn’t apply a coupon and couldn’t tell me why she couldn’t apply it, all she would say is “that’s what THEY told me.” When asked who “they” was, she said her supervisor… after claiming she was the manager. Her attitude was nasty and extremely off putting. I walked out without my order, not because of the issue I had with the unhonored coupon, I would’ve happily said “forget it,” paid, and been on my way with my food had I dealt with a decent “manager” but I refuse to give a restaurant my business that employs incompetent people without the slightest idea of what customer service means.

Something needs to be done on this place especially workers I ordered a 15 PC wings well done an when I got back home there were not well done, also when I came in to get my order an payed an was waiting for my food I was sitting for 15min or 20 to get my food,not one single worker ask me if I was waiting for order, so I said yes under my name,so they checked it out and it was there the whole time on the shelf,yes it's my fault for not updating on my order but they could at least see the person waiting for their food or checked on the shelf an call out the name not just to be standing around,..

At the weslaco location was really bad we waited for more than and hour my daughter went to check on her order they couldn't find her order or her receipt. She had her copy, but they didn't even do her order cuz. They lost the receipt very bad my grandkids
Were very upset because they were super hungry 😕 😢 never again there was also a lot of other customers upset because their orders weren't done on time. And some people were even asking for their money to leave. That's how bad this is: it needs better management? A manager that knows what they're doing
