At the weslaco location was really bad we waited for more than and hour my daughter went to check on her order they couldn't find her order or her receipt. She had her copy, but they didn't even do her order cuz. They lost the receipt very bad my grandkids Were very upset because they were super hungry 😕 😢 never again there was also a lot of other customers upset because their orders weren't done on time. And some people were even asking for their money to leave. That's how bad this is: it needs better management? A manager that knows what they're doing

Would love to add the food, but unfortunately due to all the workers giggling and talking by the wing prep area and no food in sight, while being on their phones, I'm not able to. Ordered at 10:34 and understand there is time to wait and would be more understanding if it actually looked like the staff was working, but when I asked for my drink after standing at the cashiers desk for 3 minutes while everyone was talking and getting attitude from the workers, amI definitely driving to the other wingstops in my area since this one had me waiting almost 45 minutes for 1 chicken burger, a 6 piece wingless combo and a 6 piece bone in combo. Am so over these workers who would rather chit chat and be on the phones than actually work

They need to change their cooking oil more frequently because the food tastes like burnt oil. Also I asked for my wings wet and nothing they were all dry. Also the fries were soggy as can be.
I had ordered 4 orders, the first one came out and it took awhile for the other 3 to be out. Even though other customers were getting there 4 to 5 orders already. Why didn't all my orders come out at the same time?

I walked in tonight to the Donna location, & Before I could order anything,the cashier,Skylynn (w/her hand on her hip & attitude) said "the wait is 45min".I was not in a hurry & wanted to sit &enjoy a rare night out w/ my kids. I walked out without saying a word. I thought about how rude she was & that someone should be made aware. I asked her for her name & cooperates number. She was hesitant to give me her name Skylynn she finally said & proceeded to give me the wrong number for cooperate. I do not recommend this particular store.We drove to Weslaco instead.This is the 2nd time we have issues here..NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
