The frosting is good, and that is where all of the flavors are in the cupcakes. The cake itself was dry, not at all moist and no real flavor.

We ordered a cake for my daughter's 13th birthday. We provided some inspiration photos/videos and embellishments for the cake. They hit it out of the park! The cake was exactly what she wanted and met every expectation. We contacted them with less than a week before the event and they were able to work it into their schedule. We are forever grateful! Thank you for all of your hard work!

So disappointed and disgusting!! I've purchased from the Mckinney branch and Lewisville (before it closed down) branch before and always had raving things to say about these cupcakes. But this branch in Double Oak.......what I received today tasted old or spoiled. The frosting tasted like chemicals and artificial and the cake was dry. This was the most disgusting experience and disappointing because these cupcakes are typically delicious and decadent. If I wanted to taste old and chemical flavored cupcakes I would have been better off going to my local Walmart. Truly disappointing in the quality of this locations cupcakes. If this is any indication on how this business is going down hill I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is amazing. We did a special order for a wedding anniversary and they were so easy to work with. The owners go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The cakes were delicious!!! Would highly recommend for any sort of special occasion or just a day when you need a cupcake!!!!

Hands-down THE worst experience with the owner of this particular franchise location! They messed up on a special order and were extremely nasty about correcting the situation. The supposed “owner” of this location would not even give the time of day to come out and speak to speak to the customer to have the order corrected. He was told about the rating that he would receive and he did not care at all! I am currently awaiting a call back from their corporate office. HIGHLY recommend choosing another location besides the Lantana/Double Oaks location for your cupcake needs!
