I go into the store very often today I ordered from the app as I occasionally do. It took 40 minutes for my order to get here and it’s not even edible. I tried to call the location about 20 times. Nobody answers the phone nor have I received a call. I want a call back.

Favorite place ever. A error was made and Charlie (GM) took the call and made everything right immediately. Sophie was super sweeet and accommodating - love this place. The food and service are always incredible!!!

Went through the drive through and paid using cash. Handed the cashier exact change. He looks at me and says “how much is this”. He as well messed up the order and tried to short me a whole smoothie. Learn to count kids.

The store was not that busy and they could not get my order done in 10 min. I had to leave because I didn’t have time to wait any more. No explanation or apology offered.

I wish there were more smoothie options that don't have banana. Many people say just ask for no banana. But the flavor profile of the smoothie is dependant on the ingredients

I ordered on the mobile app 2/11/25 accidentally to this location although I live/work in Denton. I realized the error and tried to cancel via the app but could not. I called this location and asked if it was still possible to cancel. I was told that it was already made but they would cancel and refund the order (if they could not I would just go get it). So since I was told it would be refunded I went to the Denton 380 location and ordered the same thing and I still got charged from double oak even though I never picked up the order. I have gone onto the website twice to reach out and provided receipt and bank statements only to not be reached out to or refunded. I will not return.

EXTREMELY SLOW! Went thru drive thru today, 1/20 at 12:10pm and parked by the window for 30min to wait for my order. Walked in the restaurant, there was only 1 other client. With 3 servers.
