Favorite place ever. A error was made and Charlie (GM) took the call and made everything right immediately. Sophie was super sweeet and accommodating - love this place. The food and service are always incredible!!!

I went here for lunch during my shift break. I normally don’t make reviews but this one just stuck out to me. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru because they turned my wrap into a salad (they used to have this on their menu under “bowls”). I asked for an extra ranch with the salad. After the 10 minute wait, I got my salad- no extra ranch and also did not get the side that the meal COMES with. Keep in mind, 3 members of staff were working on my order of a smoothie and...

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Double Oak is a refreshing oasis for those seeking delicious and healthy options. Their smoothie menu is extensive, boasting a wide variety of flavors and combinations to satisfy any craving. I especially love their classic strawberry banana smoothie, which is always perfectly blended and bursting with fresh fruit flavor.
