Terrible service. Lady was not at the counter and sitting at the food court on her phone, occasionally looking at me. Had to ask her if she was open for her to actually move. Had to repeat order multiple times. Then yelled at me for ‘not speaking up’. I wound up yelling my order at her. Did not put ingredients thats in the name of the sandwich I was getting. Gave me so much attitude when I asked for said ingredients. And when it came down to put said ingredients, put an incredibly tiny amount despite literally being man component of sandwich. This isn’t first time I’ve encountered her. Please change worker

Woman working today was incredibly rude to my husband. They did not have all of the meat selections available at 3pm which is 2 hours before their listed closure time. When my husband asked if she could cut more she said no because they were closing? Didn’t know you stop serving customers 2 hours before your closure time.

I mean its a average subway so people who are out here crying about getting so-so customer service are expecting too much. Also, keep in mind that the people saying it was bad picked their own ingredients. I can say that they are alright just because I got what I asked for. Honestly, if you pick subway over the other 2 options in this food court you are off the fenty and need to evaluate your life decisions.

I do love the food court on Dyess. It is usually very clean and well kept, but the service I was received was very disrespectful. Two ladies that were working today July 3rd, ignore my grandmother question multiple times and were rude and snappy on their responses. It was very disappointing to receive that service.
