Dairy queen in Eagle Lake Texas have been lagging for many yrs not just recently quote unquote the respect is not there we pay our hard earned money it's not given it's earned & the staff really need to pull the bull

I haven't been to this DQ in a very long time, but decided to give it a try today. I was so shocked and pleasantly surprised by the service I received! If you were the young man working the drive through on 7/1/25 around 4:20-4:30pm, I just want to let you know that you absolutely exceeded our expectations & made our day with your kindness. I haven't had very many good experiences here in the past, but today definitely changed my perspective!

I had a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. The lady who took my order was unbelievably slow and looked completely miserable the entire time. When I went to pay, my phone was close to the tap, and the payment went through automatically—I didn’t even do anything. Instead of handling it professionally, she scolded me and told me to “wait and be patient” in the rudest, most condescending tone. And as if that wasn’t enough, she kept saying “wait” over and over, like I didn’t get it the first time. I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful she was. Definitely won’t be coming back. I didn’t get her name but she was older with grey hair and heavier set…

I called to put a small order in and was put on hold 3 times so we drove here and there's no cars but the worker said it was cause she had 10 blizzard she was working on but there's no one to pick them up... Just confused 🤔

So this place is pretty run down, i didn’t know locations of Diary Queen like this one existed. We went at a time where no one was there so we had our food right and at a timely manner. So from my side things were good.

How hard is it to take an order and get it right the first time? This is my second time coming to this location and once again the order was as if a 1 year old made it. The young lady taking the orders tonight was rude and needs some home training. If you don't like your job go find another one so someone can do it right the first time. We give our money to you right the first time so make the burger right the first time. It's not hard!!!

Wow! Just right now Sunday October 27, 2024 waited for 20 minutes and I only order Chicken strips basket. Very very cold my food . They need to hire a different experienced COOK!! I called immediately and the phone was busy busy busy. I will Never Stop at Eagle Lake Dairy Queen!!

Waited at the drive through sitting at the menu sign for 10 minutes before they finally took my order. Then didnt have the stuff to make a Hawaiian blizzard. Then another 15 minutes at the drive through window waiting for my food. Completely ridiculous! You better have 30 minutes at least to spare even if you are first in line.

How are they still open? They’re rude and just bad customer service. Didn’t give me an estimated wait time. They then proceeded to called me back. They said my food had been sitting for 10mins that they close at 10. It was like 9:20/9:30
