We hadn't stopped here in a while but so glad we did today! The lunch was great and they had a good selection of pies. The ladies working were very friendly and had great customer service. Looking forward to our next visit!
My husband and I were in Eagle Lake for a funeral. We had just been to the Kountry Bakery in Schulenburg earlier on the way to Eagle Lake. We didn't know there was one in Eagle Lake until we passed by it. Of course we had to stop in! They had dewberry and lemon kolaches, which the store in Schulenburg was out of. Had to get some. Great place for lunch! We were passing through & stopped for a quick bite. Homemade hamburger buns & croissant sandwiches were a big hit. Baked goods were really good too! Wish we had a Kountry Bakery by us!!!
