For the price of food wasn't that great could have had a better steak eating at Longhorn Steakhouse or Texas roadhouse. Very disappointed in the food. Environment was nice but food didn't match environment.
Serving was great from the start to finish of our dinner. Food was great, prime rib deal was not only great but good deal.
Sail was very nice and our server was excellent. However the Prime rib was so over cooked, lacked seasoning and very tough. We would not recommend it to anyone. The crab cakes and loaded bake potato my wife had was very good.
Reservation was at 7 pm—we didn't get our food until 8:30. Ordered my steak medium rare and it was cooked a little more than medium well. I took one bite—meat was so tough I couldn't chew it so I left it. When the waitress asked if I was done I told her yes—the steak wasn't cook as I had ordered it and it was tough. She said “okay” and took the plate away!!
As regular customers of Azul, we are constantly amazed at the presentation, service and sophistication of our experience. The latest surprise was a new presentation of their salmon - a winner!!
Service was bad sat at table for a long time before someone came . food took a long time to food was good but service not good at all will definitely think about it if going back
One of the worst pieces of prime rib I've ever tasted. Dry and overcooked. The potato seemed as if it was left out under a heat lamp too long.
My wife and I ate ate at Azul one night for her birthday and the next because we wanted to. Stephanie the waitress was awesome. The Chefs out did themselves. Had the Wine braised beef short ribs and a Australian rack of lamb all excellent. All the staff very nice
It was a little cold but everything else was wonderful. The food was great. Our waiter was lovely.
They didn't wait on fir a while. Nit did they acknowledge the birthday we add when we made the reservation

The service was great and the food was exceptional. Servings were generous. Always have dinner at Azul when we visit.
Food was delicious. Started with the wedge salad and calamari. Ordered the ribeye and added some grilled shrimp. Lobster Mac and cheese was the side dish and the warm bread kept coming. Molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream was for dessert. Azul did not disappoint. Service was top notch, ask for Julio.

Azul is always our choice spot when travelling through Eagle Pass, they treat us like family, and always have decent food.
Service, drinks, atmosphere, tablecloths and linen napkins was 10 out of 10. My wife and I loved this place. Our first time at Azul in Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Resort. This will be our go to dinner place every night when we are their. Service is outstanding.
Kimberly and Cynthia were awesome! I truly loved this Restraunt and shocked they only have a 3.5 here!!! They are much better than that. Best food around.
#ChilleanSeabass and the pistachio crusted salmon was absolutely delicious.. The service by Kimberly was outstanding.
Cynthia greeted and was a gracious host as the manager. Her report with her was great to see.
I am very impressed with my experience here at Azul in Kickapoo was 5 stars.
