Booked for 2 nights, literally the same day of check out a 312$ charge appeared on my card, when trying to call and find out why.... first off all I called for an hour before finally sometime answered the phone. Then I was put on hold for 20 mins before the line just hung up and called back since. STILL NOW ANSWER!! was not told what the additional charge was for, just let hanging. Now I have to go through the credit card company and dispute the charge.... such a waste of everyone's time

Horrible customer service. Call at 11pm to cancel lady said it would be cancel at no charge. Lady in the morning 1st off very rude said your card has been ran you are not able to cancel which was not ran. But had a really bad attitude and just didn't care whatsoever. So now have to dispute with my bank. I understand the policy but the lady the night before did not say that. Morning lady was like I was here they are not going to say that I told her time and guess what it was not her but she was rude and did not care. NEVER AGAIN there.

So the room was nasty floors dirty roaches everywhere when they say u pay for what u get well there u goo it was horrible no hot water an ac sucked it look like it could be a nice place but it was not a good place to stay srry guys but I won't be coming back I stayed in room 101

I am very disappointed we didn't receive our refund due to alleged stains on towels we didn't use all the towel toilet paper trash can we used the bags that came from the convenience store due to we saw one lady cleaning and trying to support I'm guessing a local business we have stayed here before we could have went to a name brand my feelings are hurt. The lady at the front desk did apologize thanks for that but we longer visit that hotel in the future unless this matter is resolved.

Mixed review, Pros: Affordable(great price), close to kickapoo, has slots machines. Cons: Fecal Matter on restroom wall, Shower was cold, slot machines weren't working, couldn't get clean bed sheets requested.

We stayed one night on our way to Big Bend. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We didn't have issues with noise.
The reason for 4 stars is that the lady checking us in couldn't get her computer to work....so she couldn't program the room key to work. She sent us the room and our key didn't work so we went back to her and she admitted that she couldn't get the computer to work. So then why did she send us out only to have us come back? She then had to walk us to our room and unlock the door with a master key. It was just odd.
Other than that slight hitch, everything was great for a one-night stay.

Horrible hotel! I will never stay here again! No one should stay here unless you want to be ripped off. I was charged from a room even though i cancelled within the window. I have contacted the hotel multiple times and they continue to deny my refund! This place should be closed down. I have stayed here one other time and it was dirty.

Wanted a room for the night to go to Kickapoo Casino, we tried calling the office no one answered so we hoped for the best they had a room that night and luckily they did. It was $100, I have no complaints. We had the ac at 60 we slept like good. #142

I called early in the morning because they did not give me my deposit back and was told to call after 7, called after 7 was told to call after 9, called after 9 and now no one answers the phone. I will dispute with my bank and will also call the city and whoever else I need to because my room did not have a smoke detector in it and they should not be open. I do have photos that I took.
