Went a couple days ago and took my kids. We arrived before the lunch rush so about 11. The food was good but did take awhile to come out. My main issue was how dirty the place was. The floors were sticky and gross and the kids are looked like it hadnât been cleanedâŠever. The windows all had hand marks on them. Itâs was just a very dirty atmosphere.

No one spoke English and got my order completely wrong. They also are inpatient and rush you while taking your order. Horrible experience

We arrived and no one offered to help take our order, upon finding out where you order, there was a sign that said âmobile check in onlyâ so we were confused on where to order. Once we figured out that was the only place to order, as I tried to order the young employee said for us to wait and someone else would take our order. Ok fine, when ordering we were speaking English to the young lady taking our order, and she continued to speak Spanish. Not an issue for me, but for my husband who doesnât speak Spanish it would have been hard for him to order if I wasnât there to assist in translating. It is common sense if someone is speaking to you in English, that you would speak English to them as some people donât know any other language. Then as we tried to sit down all the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. The place was filthy, and when our food was given to us the guy just threw it to the table and placed our drinks on the table without saying which drink was which. All the chick fli aâs Iâve been too have been great! This one in particular left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer go there, Iâll make the drive and get chick fli a in Del rio, as they are respectful, clean, and attentive to the customers needs.

Iâve never had a worse experience at a Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was filthyâtables hadnât been wiped down, the floors were sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. The service was painfully slow, and when I finally got my order, the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Definitely not up to Chick-fil-A standards. Wonât be coming back to this location.
We love the food, the service and the attention. Our kids enjoy to play in the kid's area playing around with other kids.
