So lately with how the process has changed in ordering when you choose to dine in has been a total fail. All 3 times I've chosen to come in and enjoy a meal they take forever to get your order, then still have to wait for my order another while. Don't know why they would change something that was not broken before. I get maybe priority could be drive thru but there isn't a balance when one chooses to dine in.

We don't understand the logic of servers who handle cards and cash with customers are the same ones who clean the floor with pan and broom and change trash bags. It used to be that you could order at the counter but now you have to be seated and wait until a server arrives and they don't attend customers based on first arrived so you might have to wait a long time if you don't stand up for yourself.

I thought McDonald's in this city was the worst restaurant in Eagle Pass in terms of service but this place definitely earned 1st place. It's the first time I decided to eat here and I had the worst experience THEY HAVE A TOTAL LAX OF CONTROL THEY DON'T KNOW WHO IT'S FROM THEY DELIVERED ME THE FOOD ALL COLD, I asked for a bottle of water and they gave me a glass dripping with machine water and As if that were not enough, they charged it and it took exactly 27 minutes to deliver my order. I never thought I would hate a place so much on the first visit.

Incredibly slow. I was also charged the price of a soda for an ice water. I have eaten at Chick-fil-A tons of times in my life and this is the only place that actually did that. Not impressed.

I went for some cfa and the service was horrible they didn’t give me my ticket my sauces or any napkins
If you are eating in, make sure to sit close to the staff, we sat on the far corner and we waited 20+ min before someone came to take our order.

Orederd two meals through door dash and both were missing sides, this seems to be the norm at this restaurant when you order food. Food is good but good luck getting what you paid for. Poor customer service seems to be the norm if you order food via door dash, either items are missing or the order is wrong.

Got my entire order wrong. It was super slow. I understand we are all human, but when you order a breakfast egg whit3 grill - to only bring it back to the shop to realize they only gave you a sausage biscuit ? talk about an early disappointment. I got busy at work that did not even bother to call. I didn't eat the biscuit either, I hardly eat sausage ?Perhaps if people focus more energy on their livelihood, instead of being distracted with other things that did not pertain to my PAID order, perhaps only then I could have had my egg white grill.Customer service expert advice ??
