This is our go to family place. I have a granddaughter who is 4. It's very accommodating for her. Staff is friendly. They refilled our drinks often. Food was delicious ?!Parking: Well lit. Close by.
I must say I almost didn’t go bc of the low rating and pretty bad reviews I read. I don’t live in Texas. I was in town for work and I love Chili’s. I’ve been a Chili’s Rewards member for years. Once I read the reviews, I went in with very low expectations.I had a great experience. I sat at the bar my bartender , Bri promptly asked what I wanted to drink, I asked about drink specials and she told me about the $6 margarita of the month. I don’t remember what it was called but it was one of the best margaritas I’ve had at a restaurant. I didn’t have to wait for my chips and salsa, which I enjoyed while I watched the games they had on that night and waited for my order to be prepared.The Chili’s where I’m from took beef nachos off the menu so I was happy to be able to enjoy my favorite dish at this Chili’s. When my plate camr, it was fresh and hot. I came in kind of late, so Bri was sure to ask if I wanted another margarita since it was last call. I’m glad because I did want another tasty drink. Then, when I noticed I was the last person in the bar, I made the comment that “I need to hurry.” And Bri told me to take my time, no worries.It’s unfortunate so many people had a bad experience, but I rate MY experience 5-stars all the way around.

The service at this location is horrible... I'm staying at the hotel in the same parking lot so it close been there 5 times got good service twice.... I spent an hour there for soup and salad people!!! the next time I ordered take out I stood in the takeout lobby for ten minutes while my food was sitting on the shelf dying got the drink wrong and no dressing for the salad in the bag, I had to ask for it and send him back to get a Dr pepper he had a lemonade, just read the ticket people act like you care, tips aren't a requirement you gotta earn it with good service..... I understand the industry I was in it for ten years in a high end restaurant on the Las Vegas strip
Ordered coffee took long to bring it & when they did it was COLD. Asked for Hot coffee and they took for ever to bring it. When they were going to take our drinks. They took them to the table across from us. When we finally got our food. They took it to the table across from us that were Barely sitting down. ??♀️ We asked for our bill and took for ever to get it. We ordered a whole other stuff that’s not mentioned on this survey. People kept complaining & the manager was practically charging and serving the customers.

Every time I've come here, it's been good. The staff are very nice and some of the staff are a lot of fun to interact with.Good is always good. Service never suffered during high volume attendance. Good spot in eagle pass.Parking: Big parking lot. But most of it is behind the restaurant.Also, getting to the restaurant is a little bit of a pain if you're coming in from main street. Have to do a U-Turn. And people in eagle pass drive with little to no courtesy.
