Wow, this is good eating! Dropped by while traveling, met with owner himself. They were out of pork belly, so we had brisket & pork ribs. Man, the brisket is soft & moist, thick slices on bread! Forget about it! I was hooked, my wife had the pork ribs. The meat falls of the bone, seasoned perfectly! No sauce needed! The atmosphere is great & welcoming. They are proud of their craft and want to show you! Highly recommend, go early because they do sell out!
Best damn ribs I’ve ever had!!! Tender and full of flavor! Brisket and sausage were also great. Good customer service. It’s no surprise these are award winning ribs! Highly recommend, it was worth the trip from Laredo!
