Church's Texas Chicken

Dirty, hot, ladies are super rude and never honor the prices and info on the receipt and listed outside on the window (they gave me 2 sides instead of 3) worst service ever, not to mention the rest rooms horrible in every aspect!

I would give 0 stars if I could .. I made an online order today at 8:17 pickup time was scheduled for 8:34. This location closes at 9, upon arrival the dine in was closed so we proceeded through the drive-thru. When we asked for our order they told us that it wasn't ready & they didn't have the wrap or the chicken sandwich.
They only had the 8 piece meal that it would be additional wait time since they were about to drop it. We asked why wasnt it ready if it was ordered at 8:17 they claimed they had just received the order. At that point we decided to cancel our order and to our surprise we were told that they couldn't give us our money back because they needed a manager to authorize it and there wasnt one in the establishment. The worker called the manager through the phone and told us to come back tomorrow with our receipt and she would give us our money back. Now we are out of $34 & dinner. I had never been to any restaurant where there isn't a manager in the establishment.
Horrible customer service this location should be shut down because by the reviews it seems that they are unprofessional and lack any customer service.

Cashier ignored me while taking a phone order. She then directed me to another cashier who moved directly to the back without letting me know anything. I stood there waiting to be assisted to no avail. I then decided to call in my order from their lobby which was promptly taken. The lobby was messy. Will never eat here again.

We been here twice. First time was really good. Yesterday however was the worst. The food was not good and our gizzards tasted horrible and greasy. We asked for no seasoning and so how they put extra seasoning on them and it was way too much. we ended up tossing the whole large box in the trash. The biscuits tasted good. Unfortunately we will not come to this location again.

Worst restaurant ever. It's a miracle y'all are still in business somehow. First of all, I ordered my food online, so yeah, right from the get go shouldn't be that difficult. Second of all, there was only one car in line, so it's not like y'all were busy. And somehow, even though it was so not busy and so easy, y'all managed to get my order wrong and even not complete my order. Stop absolutely no excuses for this poor kind of service. And the food was not even good.It was very cold and didn't taste right. If anyone reads this review, save yourself the time and effort of going to church's chicken and go somewhere else for sure.

This visit makes twice that I attempted to buy a chicken dinner from this location. Both times, I’ve been told they were out of chicken. This time it was just before 7pm and no chicken and they close at 9pm. I asked why are they staying open and not going home. I was told because the manager won’t let them. Obviously the manager is an hourly employee.

Every time I go, my order is never ready and I end up waiting. Today, I ordered online at 10:55. It said it'd be ready at 11. I got there at 11:12 because it took me 15 mins to drive in from work. As soon as I pulled up, I was told there's no chicken, it'll be another 15 minutes. I asked why when I'd ordered it over 15minutes prior and they replied that no, it'd only be 6 minutes more...they asked me to pull around. I said ok and waited 5 minutes. They then told me to go park and wait another 2 minutes. 8 minutes later they cam out with my food so it was 15 minutes. Let me rehash: I placed the order at 10:55am and got my order at 11:27. How is that acceptable?! Not to mention with the 15mins drive back, I was late getting back to work. I'm done with Church's! I'm so tired of waiting FOREVER even when I order ahead!

We were traveling from LA to Monterrey Mexico so we used the drive-thru, they didn't have many options, they just gave us the option of one thing (tenders) they didn't give us any dressings, forks, napkins, just literally the food and it was still 30mins before they close when we placed our order for 2.
