Went at 1015 and they were closed and locked. Waste of a trip.
Sign says they open at 10.

I've been to Church's for years and I ask for 3 plates, I was told we do not give plates like they'll be loosing a lot of money
Bad experience for a regular customer
Attended by Jessica
Chicken overcooked on the outside and meat cold close to the bone
Possibility of cause of food poisoning
Needs to be revised for food permits if they let the food get cold and try to heat it up again
Do not recommend this location

Went the other day and one of the employees was petting a stray cat, then went right back into work. Who knows if she washed her hands. The person taking my order is a poor historian because I had to repeat myself various times on a simple order. It’s basically cat city, a previous trip there was a stray cat just laying above the pick up window. I keep on trying to give them a chance because of the convenience of location. But I will not be returning.

This Church's Chicken location holds a special place because I used to visit here with my family when I was younger, and those memories make it my preferred spot. That was back in the 1990s. IMO almost all of of the fast food was better back then.
While the place may be a bit run down, I find that it adds to its charm rather than detracts from it. There’s something comforting about the familiarity of the surroundings. The real highlight, though, is the food. It’s consistently good, and I can always count on a satisfying meal.
Though still one of the more affordable fried chicken chains, for what you get, the prices should be lower.
Service is nice and courteous, usually quick, though nothing extraordinary to really make a difference.
Whether I’m craving their classic fried chicken or some delicious sides, I know I’ll get exactly what I’m looking for. This location might not be the fanciest, but for me, it’s a nostalgic haven that keeps bringing me back. If you're looking for comfort food with a side of cherished memories, this is the place to go!

This is the 2nd time we buy at this location and it's been a disappointment. I managed a couple of these restaurants in the late eighties early nineties, the taste is not the same. I looked forward to eating it again, but after this time, no more

Fried okra more like burnt okra. Ladies are rude and do not have any customer service. Neither did the manger. My tenders were cold. For not being busy they sure have a lot of product out, instead of making it as the order is being placed for hot and tasty food. I hope they do better. If not poor eagle pass residents.
