Church's Texas Chicken

This store nearly never has spicy chicken nor tenders, no matter the day or time. Why? Do they never keep the bags of spicy mix in inventory or do they not want to bother making spicy chicken? Or do they just want to move the customers out of the way from drive thru that they take no time to attempt customer satisfaction? Their inside machine almost never has ice and the tea bins are empty and they have to serve you tea or ice from behind their counter. Also, the tables are always dirty with crumbs, grease, and trash underneath. Yes, customers make a mess and just up and go, but an employee should be sweeping and wiping the tables down. I have also seen a cook go in the restroom with his apron on and then go back in the kitchen. I can't be the only one who shares these sentiments. I can't be the only one who notices these things.

I went today at approximately 4:45 with a co worker before we took off to work. They didn’t have any biscuits and couldn’t substitute it either even when I asked if I could at least have a small fry. Yet I was still charged for it. The mashed potato my co worker ordered was watered down and tasted very dull. The chicken we did get was undercooked, and had no flavor. It’s unfortunate because it was supposed to be my meal for work but now I’m left with nothing and I called and they said they could not help me because there is no manager on shift. I don’t understand how they’re supposed to deal with complaints like this when theirs no manager on shift? I guess anything to save on labor costs. I’m very disappointed with my experience and I hope me and my co worker can get our money back.

Service is fast and friendly. Fried Chicken was hot and crispy but had no seasoning. The batter had no seasoning. The Mac and cheese side that I received was very hot and cheesy but just like the chicken had no seasoning. Food was bland. Couldn't rate the atmosphere I used the drive thru.

They got my order completely wrong. I ordered the 30 piece tender meal and they instead gave me the leg and thigh meal. Felt ripped off. Next time I will check my order at the drive thru.

This was the worst church’s I’ve ever been to! The guy Gerardo took forever with my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and he toasted the bun and just left it out to get cold while he waited for the patty. He forgot two sides of fries for my order! I paid almost $40 for them not to even have my order right! To make things worst the chicken patty was undercooked!
