This was the worst church’s I’ve ever been to! The guy Gerardo took forever with my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and he toasted the bun and just left it out to get cold while he waited for the patty. He forgot two sides of fries for my order! I paid almost $40 for them not to even have my order right! To make things worst the chicken patty was undercooked!

Was first in line and time stamp on my order said 9:05. Several minutes later I commented to my companion that “they workers here move at a glacial pace.” At the time I thought it to be hyperbole. About 10 minutes later my 5 piece tender meal was ready and they were ready for my friend’s order, because apparently they could only take one order at a time? At precisely 9:30 her order was ready. 25 minutes to get 2 meals when there is no line? On top of that my friend said their Sprite tasted off and threw it away after one sip and did not receive the pie she ordered, which we didn’t realize until already home.

It is a very bad idea to put the gravy inside the box, because the moyejas burn the cork and become contaminated, apart from the fact that the gravy glass in itself takes up a lot of space and the amount of moyejas that the box contains is becoming less and less.

We haven lately on the last 2 to 3 months and the Customer Service it's BAD and also the ordrers they are always WRONG. I don't know what happen to this location they used to be Real Good in Everything Customer service,Food ,and very Clean.
I never had mashed potato soup until today Thursday August 18 2022. everything was good except for the mashed potato. Now I understand that muahaha laugh in the background of the speaker.

Man I don't know what it was about this particular Church's? But in all fairness I have to tell you as I did tell the employees yesterday, the chicken was fresh, it was hot, the macaroni was fantastic, the mashed potatoes were awesome and of course those jalapeno bombers were fantastic! Maybe it was just us or the fact that these employees and even all involved run a great operating restaurant! But I got to tell you, came back home to San Antonio and I wish I had more of that Eagle Pass Church's Chicken! Thanks again for an awesome experience!

I always go here alt least once a week. They are friendly with the client. But always discussing personal issues out loud among themselves. I always eat alone to I am all up in their kool aid!!
