Walked in at 4:50 pm the girl at the counter was on her phone and wasn’t very attentive. She proceeded to let us know they didn’t have any chicken for the next 17 minutes. When she confirmed the time for the wait until the chicken was done with the 1 cook in the back he just began to laugh without giving an answer. We tried to compromise and get tender meals instead of legs or thighs because those were ready but then the group I was with just decided that we would eat elsewhere and when we said that to the young woman at the counter she said ok have a good one in a very condescending way. Please d o better. We were not being rude or disrespectful in any way to be treated as such. Never going back.

Like too many other fast food places, the dine-in experience has gone to pot. Cashier trying too hard to be fast (even though there was no one in line) and making mistakes in the process. Dirty floors and tables in the dining area.

They ran out of chicken AND tenders an hour before they closed. At that point just close for the day. Usually I order from here and the service can be a mixed bag, sometimes the employees are friendly and sometimes they’re the complete opposite. A real half-half of an establishment. But for being the only fast food restaurant in miles, it will have to suffice.

I entered the establishment, and upon entry, the smell of standing water hit me. There was literally more flies than customers in the store.

What the hell happened to Church's Chicken??? 2pc. fried Chicken order. #1 First of all, I had to have the table clean? #2 they had no unsweet tea or option to have Sweet and Low. #3 Add NO salt or pepper???.. "This is a fast food restaurant." Condiments should be available always! No exceptions! To top it off, the chicken was over cooked! You can be cheap on non customer items!
