The service is terrible. we were sat like normal but took more than 10 minutes to get a waiter to just come take our drink order the first time we came, the second time they took so long we just ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat. not to mention the fact we were one of 4 tables that were occupied. waiters and waitresses seemed to be on their phones and mingling more than helping the customers. would not recommend. food took almost a hour to come out. Let me add, Sergio was one of the best waiters even though service was not quite good he was the only one that was busting his a$$ working every table even if they weren't his.

I was immediately greeted by a friendly server and it was perfect there on out. I was promptly served hot coffee and my order was taken. I ordered the Lumberjack Slam which consists of two buttermilk pancakes, grilled ham, bacon, sausage links, eggs, hash browns, and white toast. It was filling and tasted good. All cooked perfectly. The cost was reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. I will be back
Took uncle for his 92nd birthday, food not the greatest, waitress never came back had to ask different waitress to get refills food Took about an hour with only 5 other tables not busy at all, had to ask different waitress to get our bill and came around with an attitude. Overall terrible service and do not recommend even my 92 year old uncle said he would never be back and guess what we won't either.

I had stopped visiting this place because of its bad service, but I just returned and it seems that they have new staff, the manager was too friendly and that's the only reason I gave it 3 stars, the waitress seemed like she didn't feel like serving and the food took a long time. but he knew how to fix the situation, very professional.They need more staff like that new member!

The servers have a poor attitude and the food quality is poor. Will not be visiting again. The only reason it is not 1 Star is because the hostess is nice . Took 20 minutes for the food to be recieved, meanwhile no drinks were refilled. During our meal, when asking for sauces we received poor attitude.
