I really don't know why we have to make a reservation if they could not find my reservation. So I find that pointless. They were able to take care of us but it's pointless to make a reservations.

The restaurant is overrated. The fajita skillet portion was good but flavor less. Also the shrimp I added. Last time I ordered the pork chop, flavor less too. They need a new chef and need to spice up their food. Especially for the pricing on their menu. Too high for food to taste bland.

we had a reservation and they immediately took us to our table. The place was very beautiful and the lightning was neat! our server was super kind and very friendly. food was pricey but that is expected at a fancy restaurant. i loved the experience and the food was delicious. I look forward to going back.

Server Julio was excellent! The food was pricy thou worthy! Had Lamb and fillet minion medium cooked! Chef cooked them both very well and tasted great! Alcohol cocktails prepared by at a 2 thumps up bartender. Asked for a date night detail! The complement was delightful! My date and I were pleased! Thank you to all the staff involved in our evening date!

The steaks were uncooked red meat, they were returned back and were over cooked extra dry steaks. The cheese cakes were not blueberry cheesecakes, but white plain cheesecakes.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. We never knew who our waiter was, as several different people assisted us only when we asked for help. The bottle of wine we ordered sat unopened at our table for about 20 minutes until we requested that someone open and pour it. We did not receive our salads until after our entrées arrived, and when we mentioned this, the waiter asked if we still wanted them. The special we ordered was supposed to include a salad, which we eventually received late, but the second salad that was included was never brought. When we asked if that salad could be comped, we were told the supervisor would be consulted, but no one ever followed up and the salad never arrived. The manager showed little concern for our experience and simply asked whether we wanted the bill now or later, offering no apology. Due to this lack of service and care, we will not be returning.
Everything was great except sit in back of restaurant or noise level is too high. Other than that perfect.

I planned a special occasion for my wife's birthday. The young man that was attending us started well. Then he became occupied with another table that was 12 feet from ours. It was apparent that the people at that table worked in the casino. That young man should be more attentive with his customers and their needs.

Aunque hice reserva con tiempo rectifiqué la reserva 2 horas antes cuando llegué con mi familia al restaurante nos sentaron en una mesa que no estaba preparada. Aún después de traernos los platos no tenía ni tenedor ni cuchillo en la mesa. La comida no tiene un precio elevado en la carta pero es pésima . ( fría y sin sabor ). La recepcionista no pudo ser más desagradable. Sin temor a equivocarme es el peor restaurante de ese casino. Jamás regresaría . Al final tuve que salir de ese restaurante e ir a comer una hamburguesa en otro restaurante dentro del casino. Esos trabajadores y cocineros deben pasarlos para el restaurante azul. Excelente atención y riquísima la comida.
