So about the employees like can you fire someone for purposely not correcting the oreo shake tbh the shake is basically ice scream and i have to wait a couple minutes for it to melt

Great Service FAST, VERY FRIENDLY WE CAME WITH KIDS IT WAS TOTAL OF 9 of us and the service was great, Super friendly and I felt great because the two lady’s in service were AMAZING !! Usually we go somewhere and right away reps get upset because it’s a lot of us BUT THIS JACK IN THE BOX IN EAGLE PASS #3468 WAS AMAZING AND NEVER FELT SO WELCOMING IN A FAST FOOD PLACE like this one !! VERY CLEAN ALSO 09/12/25 @ 7:00 pm ( because I forgot the name of the two lady’s in front but they were AMAZING DESERVE 100 STARS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've visited twice.
On my first visit, I ordered a sour dough, Jack. Not how I ordered it, I asked for no mayo on my burger. Instead, it was heavy on the mayo. My recent visit was marginally decent. I ordered a chicken sandwich, no mayo. This time, it was a decent amount of mayo. I left confused rather than enticed.

'It could be worse, in another Jack in the Box in TX. You'd need a haz mat suit, a visible haphazard mess.

Workers are very unprofessional. Listening to provocative music with cursing playing very loud inside the dining area. The floors were also dirty. We went a Thursday evening. The app also does not work if you are trying to coupon.

I went through the drive thru because their indoor dining is always closed for some reason, ordered a normal cheeseburger meal and told them to not add any mustard on my sandwich and once I got my food my side was wrong, the drink was wrong ( and watered down), and their was mustard on my sandwich. I called the manager and he could not help me because he did not speak English, the manager then told me to wait and I did for about 10 minutes but I guess he forgot to put it on hold because I could hear him in Spanish getting after his employees and cussing at them. So I hung up and called again but this time someone else answered, a regular employee and I was told to come back the next day for a replacement meal and again the same thing happened today, I told them no mustard and what do you know, I get mustard on my sandwich. I want to like this place because I believe Eagle Pass deserves new places for its citizens but the people they hire need to get on the ball.

Waited almost 2 hours to be given my food wrong three times. They’re either short staffed or simply just lost. Long lines and still getting peoples orders wrong and forgetting their food.
