I've come here maybe 4 times in the last 6 months and every time I've had to wait way too long for my food. Even with something as as small as just a 3 tender meal with potatoes, I had to wait about 20 minutes. Employees seem apathetic and just unfriendly.I'm not expecting 5 star service but coming here is just depressing. Ive also never seen any more than 3 people working there, 1 front, 1 prep, & 1 dive thru. So the lack of staffing probably contribute to wait times. People are always posting about looking for work on Facebook here, so it can't be that hard to find one more employee. Skip this place and go anywhere else. Management here needs a complete overhaul.

Very bad service, I do door dash and every time I go itās rare that they ask if you need something or if you are there for an order. Today I went to pick up a door dash order they took 15 min more to give me the order. I was already late to deliver the food. After waiting a long time the manager comes and puts the food in front of me without saying a word. Not even to tell me that the door dash order was ready to go. She just walked away like I wasnāt even there. She was very rude. I donāt know her name. But Iāll put the date here even if google puts it. 10/04/2024

The KFC at 1993 Garrison St in Eagle Pass, Texas, has sadly lost the quality and consistency it once had in the 90s. Gone are the days of affordable, satisfying meals for the whole family. This decline seems to be a trend affecting many KFC locations nationwide.
Although there are occasional deals, the app has proven to be of limited use. For a touch of nostalgia, the original recipe chicken is still worth a try, though the temporary promo items can be hit or miss.
Recent visits inside rather than through the drive-thru have highlighted a concerning lack of cleanliness. With local and chain alternatives offering better quality, prices, and upkeep, itās surprising this KFC location remains open.

Horrible service, they only had crispy ready. Person at the front seemed new and incredibly inexperienced. Offered us to get a combo which included a drink, come to find out thereās no ice, plus the drink fountain was room temperature at best.

Service was terrible! Very slow and the biscuits were weird ugly shape. No Ice in machine and the sodas were flat. Sticky tables. Ugh ! :(

The staff is very slow and rude in my opinion. You can go in and might stand at the counter for 5 min sometimes longer waiting for someone to greet you or take your order.
The biulding is very Hot and when I complianted the front desk, she Just smile like crazy not acknowledging there was nothing to smile about and we have 2brocken uniteds of ace ? ? ? my pore mom dripping of sweat ruin the lunch you owe me luch.

Employees are rude, place smells like backed up sewage, chicken had a human hair sticking out of it. Bottom line, WILL NEVER be back here again.
