The service was so in Seoul, the last time that we went, it was not that nice I would have liked to ask each employee if they were nice to others or they would treat others the same way that they treat to us but since it was long time ago, I guess I'll leave it alone. I guess that if we go and find the same person that treat us the way he or she treated us last time, then I'll post the name here in this Google Maps, but since? So long time ago. I guess now you have to either go again or try to go and actually meet the same person that treated us like last time.

I was waiting 30 minutes for my order, and when they gave it to me, it was so cold. When I asked for a refund they told me they didn’t do refunds, but also didn’t offered to make my food again. Also the worst customer service in drive thru.

This is the worst KFC to go to, the restaurant is always unclean and sticky. The chicken is sloppy and not fully cooked. And the service is terrible. Do not eat here unless you want expensive sloppy fried chicken.

I ordered a large dr pepper and asked for my receipt because I seen the price and it seemed a little suspicious. Come to find out, they charged me for 3 charity donations. I will be reporting this. If I wanted to donate, it should be an option not forced.

It was pretty hot I dont think the AC was working. Young lady at the counter seemed to be frustrated. Fries were cold but they did replace them for fresh ones

Food is good and hot. But I always order the 16 piece, 4 biscuits and 4 sides, and seriously they serving you tiny wings and counting them as part of your 16 piece 🤭 but overall KFC is a good family place to eat at.

We're tourists from arizona and stopped by to eat at KFC and the manager never attended to us. We were standing there for 15 minutes. There were also 3 other families waiting for their food and 2 people waiting behind us in line. He did not conversate with us whatsoever. I do not recommend this KFC in eagle pass texas.
Went through the drive through the place was pretty empty, so not busy… they made me still park on the front and wait 10 minutes with no cars in back to attend just kids in a bad mood that decided they can make me wait if they wanted! Really bad Service, they need some adult supervision as they where all unprofessional teens. Then to top it off, I still had to go inside after seeing they attended to other cars after they made me wait for a 7 peace chicken! with no Fries as they said that if I wanted fries I would have to wait 7 minutes and still ended up waiting 13 min!! On a day that was not even packed or busy! 🫠 just Really bad customer service! And the food plain mediocre! Never again will I buy from that KFC!
