Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel

It was our first time at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle. We had lots of fun, I know I gave 5 star for the location but it's really fear. Might go back just not anytime soon.

Whatever you do don't leave something behind in your room. You will not be allowed to go back up there to get it. They will send a message to housekeeping to look for it. Housekeeping will read this message whenever they get around to it. You will be forced to just wait in the lobby while your personal belongings are sitting in the room waiting to be picked up. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't even go to the front desk. Just go back up to the room and ask a housekeeper if they can look for you. Because the people at the front desk are fools. They will not walk with you back up to the room. They won't leave behind that counter even though there's six of them. They said it's policy that after a guest checks out they can't go back up to the room even if housekeeping has not entered the room yet to clean it. Dumbest policy I've ever heard in my life. So by all means whatever you do don't leave anything in your room or you'll be waiting for quite some time. God forbid you are in a hurry because they don't care.

Had fun, casino was fair to us.lol but the inside temperature at the casino was way cold, possibly 63 degrees inside. Bring jackets and long sleeves for sure

The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. You could use some extra sheets and a warm blanket.

Had a wonderful time didn't win but at least broke even first time

It’s a fun place , but you got to go with the mentality of having fun, not try to beat the slot machines

If gambling is your thing then this is your place. It's got life entertainment, plenty of resteraunts, and gambling machines for your hearts desire.

Great place to relax

Ran down from San Antonio area and made a Saturday of it. Had a good time. I like the facility and they have a nice parking lot with security. This was my first visit and I was impressed. They have complimentary coffee (it was weak though) and soda, next to a full service bar. They also have several restaurant/food options. The size of the place and amount of machines is commendable and again, I was impressed. My wife won enough on slots to get ahead (I don't gamble). That said, I recommend you visit KLEC and check it out for yourself.

You have to drive four miles out of the city just to get there I wouldn't do it again. It's a border town and the traffic is horrific. No one ever offers to bring you a drink. I do know that there is no liquor there unless you go buy it yourself but they don't even bring you a soda. You have to.
Leave your machine so if you're on a good machine you would lose it
