I paid for the extra most bestest and asked if i can wait for the newest one made. Since I like my pizza cheesy and hot. I wait 10+ minutes and i get one that is so cold and hard, as if I was given one already old.

Ordered pizza from Door Dash.. pizza was supposed to be Pepperoni, Jalapeño, Onion and Mushroom. What showed up was a burned cheese pizza.. called store and after talking to 5 different people finally mgr said I could only get refund if I brought the pizza in to them. I said I ordered delivery and she said she couldn’t give me credit because it would be full credit for the soda and cookies too. I said, that’s not my fault… she said.. but we would be loosing money.. I said yes you are because now I am not only not going to reorder from you but I am not ever going to order again from you and I am going to show the picture of the burnt pizza I still had to buy from you.
