Ordered a pizza on the app, never got a notification that it was ready. Went into the store 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready.I go inside and they tell me they never made my order because they are out of 2 ingredient toppings.So maybe call me? Don’t just take the money and not make the pizza.So now I’m having to wait inside for them to make a new pizza, that’s basically a hot n ready, but at a custom price.

6 They need to add more seasoning to the food since the pizzas are soft, they need to be crunchy and have less fat. It would be fabulous if they added a little more cheese. But well, not that cheese that is the cheapest in the world.

below average pizza place. if you want regular pizza on the cheap, they got you covered in a pinch. but the "hot and ready" motto really hits the fan when they undercook the detroit style pizza item. everytime my mother buys this pizza, she is always complaining that the dough is raw so she always throw the entire thing in the oven for the pizza to ACTUALLY cook to finish. in the case of the detroit style pizza it is, in fact, Raw and Ready
Whoever cut this pizza needs to go back to preschool and learn basic shapes. Also, if I ask for peppers I want multiple.not just one. Thanks!

That pizza was so crisp! Flavor was way better than my home city, only thing is that they forgot about my order but understanding I am, they did get pretty busy when I was there but management was clear and vocal took care of it great

Showed up to the building and it ended up being closed 30 mins before actual closing time. Another customer paid for their pizza and it was "closed" so the customer ended up having to wait.

I had ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, one thin crust and some bread sticks at 4:22 it said it’ll be ready at 4:47. I left at 5:20, 2 minutes shy of an hour and i had just received my pizzas that were on the counter for 25 minutes.. my breadsticks were cold and I was given a substitution for my thin crust since they didn’t have any, yet I was still charged for the thin crust. Don’t order online unless you like to wait 30 extra minutes.
