Placed a curbside order. After waiting a long period of time, I get down to check on it. They nonchalantly mention that the “app doesn’t work.” They couldn’t bother fixing the situation there. I had to then get in line to place my order. Horrible service. Horrible experience. Do better.

Went there March 05, 2025 around 8:00 p.m. Went to counter to order, a woman manager came out to the front, but she past us and went to greet her family visiting. We waited for someone to help us, but no one showed up until about 10 minutes. We placed our order and then that same lady manager the didn't provide us was taking her family bags if food. Wow! Happy they got their order place! Or was FREE FOOD?? Manager has an attitude problem needs adjustment. She acts like she owns the place.

I drive a mobile office for the government and am unable to use the drive thru, but the early morning staff took initiative in bringing me my meal despite the lobby not being open yet. Excellent customer service! Roxy and her manager are true professionals!
