I came to this McDonald's thinking about having a good time. I took my niece and nephew to have fun at the playground. When they were playing, a manger came and yelled at them for shouting. They are children having fun. The food was delicious though.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times, and they always forget something in my order. Is it really that hard to remember the fries? The first time, I thought it was just a mistake because anyone can mess up, but now I see it’s a habit. Sometimes they forget the straws, other times entire items, or even the fries. It seems like they don’t pay attention to orders, and it’s really frustrating to receive an incomplete meal after paying.
To make things worse, the other McDonald’s in town has the same problem, although not as bad. Either way, it feels like both locations lack proper customer service and order accuracy.
The worst part is that I live 15 minutes away from this McDonald’s, and having to drive back just because someone didn’t do their job right is a complete waste of time. I’m definitely not coming back. If you go, double-check your order before leaving because there’s a high chance something will be missing.
