This McDonald’s location showed NO GRACE for me. I placed a breakfast mobile order which showed as CONFIRMED. And just seconds before I pulled up to the drive-thru my order was cancelled and refunded. I asked them if I could please still get my order, I only missed breakfast by a couple of minutes …and above all that was an order that was already CONFIRMED. And they said no and denied my request showing no grace whatsoever. BRING BACK ALL DAY BREAKFAST!!! Or at least until noon. Terrible service and humanity

Counter employee decided to skip over me telling her about my pick up order so she can take the orders of those behind me because time was running out on breakfast. Sounds like a problem for people that leave everything to the last minute. I had to wait while several customers put their order before she acknowledged my needs. I was in line first.

Ordered curbside and was waiting for more than 10 mins for one burger ! Had to get off and asked what was happening with the order they call the manager supposedly and he said it was there just like that. They had the order just there .

Charged for a mobile order, waited nearly an hour, and staff could not locate it. I had the receipt and app confirmation and they remade the order but no one apologized. Avoid Friday after school because it gets chaotic. When they miss something, which happens often, they do not trust you and check the cameras.

I came to this McDonald's thinking about having a good time. I took my niece and nephew to have fun at the playground. When they were playing, a manger came and yelled at them for shouting. They are children having fun. The food was delicious though.
