Don't recommend going drive thru because they give you more cabbage than chow mein. Also I don't know if they give smaller portions when you drive thru or the orange chicken is getting smaller

Great choice for high protein & vegg... can create meal to your specs. Good choice if you HAVE to eat fast food!

Food is a hit or a miss. For me consistency in a fast food restaurant is a big selling point. Ate here a few times with my wife because she was craving American Chinese food. Ordered the same dishes, but was one perfectly seasoned and one was under seasoned. I think if the chefs/cooks had a more standardized way for cooking so the food is consistent then it would bump the overall food quality of the restaurant. Purchased 6/27 at night (well seasoned food) and 6/28 in the afternoon (under seasoned food) and the food felt like it was from two completely different restaurants.
Got the orders wrong twice as well. Which is not a big deal for me, both times we ordered fried rice and did not get it. If the kitchen is busy I get that things can be missed, but it would be nice to have that quality control factor. Someone at least double or triple checking the order to make sure it is as requested.

Service is good and so is the atmosphere.

FYI 5 stars is reserved for perfect restaurants and so far only an handful met that criteria. Those restaurants have won awards for either their food or service.

Overall decent food, but they have room for improvement. At 3 stars it means it’s good, but it’s not something I would go out of my way and drive more than 30 minutes to eat with the current inconsistent taste and minor order errors.

I had the worst experience today, I love Panda Express I went at least once or twice a week but today they went too far, I arrived at my house which by the way is 40 minutes from Panda and I was missing an entry and they also put an open envelope of soy and the whole bag and box of stained food arrived. I had already had one or two bad experiences but today it made me very angry because I was already at home ready to rest and enjoy my food so that they would come out with that.
I had ordered a bigger plate
