The atmosphere was perfect with sports playing on all televisions in the place which you can watch no matter where you sit. The service was okay but definitely can add a smile every once in a while.

The staff here was extremely unfriendly. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and there was plenty of staff, yet we sat there for over 30 minutes before anyone even came to our table. Every time we tried to get a waitress’s attention, they would deliberately turn away.
When one finally walked by and we said we were ready to order, she completely ignored us. It wasn’t until a third waiter passed by that someone finally did us the favor of calling another person to take our order.
I understand that each server has their own assigned tables, but they could’ve at least acknowledged us — saying something like “someone will be right with you” or letting the person in charge of our table know. Instead, they just ignored us and pretended not to hear.
Really disappointing experience, especially considering how empty the restaurant was.

My only real complaint is that a lot of the staff doesn’t speak English. I have trouble communicating with them.
Had my boss pick up a carryout for me and they didn't give him 75% of the order and when I called they said we'll I can "remake" it and you can come pick it up. I said I can't im at work obviously because i said my boss was picking it up to begin with. I would like a refund and they said they couldn't but could give me a credit. I found out this same thing happened with my other female coworker. So, don't order from this pizza hut. They suck.
When we are in Eagle Pass, we love to eat at Pizza Hut. It's really recommendable

Was visiting my father and stopped here. They made my toddlers pizza just like how she wanted. She wishes they made her pizza like that here back at home. Everyone was so nice we went twice. Even when busy they did not take long
