Did not get greeted. The employee took an order and then walked away. We were approached by another employee and we were asked if we had been helped. We advised her that we had not and we proceeded to tell her the order and she said the order was not ready. We placed the order online which would have been ready but it wasn’t! Customer service needs help! And let me add that employees were chewing gum very loudly. Very unprofessional.

I ordered A mushroom and pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni side was drenched in grease. I get that i ordered A meat item but the vat of grease looked like it belongs on A triple pep pizza. The mushrooms also looked like they just chopped them up and put them on the pizza after it was done. Ive never seen a pizza place here put raw mushrooms on A pizza before. So maybe their cooks need training too. Management has to have changed here recently becuase they've gotten more stingy and the service has gotten worse in the last 4 months since my last visit. When I noticed that the tables didn't even have any of the salt, cheese, red peppers or even napkins I know something was different.
Place was clean but seeing a mountain of pizza boxes taking up like 4 booths worth of space was just trashy looking. Staff was fine and friendly enough

I just found out that they sale their parmesan cheese packets, and chili flakes packages for $1.00 each!!!!!! But they have them on the tables for free!!!!!!! Makes no sense
