Hello, was in town for a birthday party and we all had the lobster tail meal except for my brother, he had the Triple brisket plate. The lobster was awesome but my brothers brisket was horrible , our server Hugo was super kool and brought fresh brisket but this time the brisket was fresh but taste pretty bland and lacked ingredients, I was thinking maybe wagon wheels spices and bbq sauce would be a awesome add on. Omg i forgot the lady that brought us the food forgot the birthday boys Mac and cheese. A few mistakes by the girl but over all the lobster meal is a must try.

At this price point, I would choose to dine here instead of the food court. The wait time for seating was brief, and the food was delivered quickly, hot and fresh, with friendly service
Worst service I have ever had.

Bad service and rude management Denise Dominguez is a terrible manager arguing over 3.99 when they placed on my plate on accident I told waitress to take back and she said it’s ok then they changed me for them. Food was super dry and took for ever to get butter for cornbread. Will never go back!

Could Be So Much Better
It’s disappointing when you know a place has great potential but continues to miss the mark. Red Sky Grill nails the presentation, but the temperature of the food consistently falls short. Dishes meant to be served cold arrive at room temperature, and hot items come out barely warm. This suggests food is prepped too far in advance without proper temperature control—something that has been an ongoing issue for years.
I’m sharing this in hopes that management finally takes steps to improve. On a positive note, our server Erika provided excellent service and made the front-of-house experience pleasant and professional. Thank you, Erika.

We ordered what was the equivalent to a chicken fried steak?. The patty that they brought us look like a frozen patty I could’ve gotten at Walmart. We ordered fried mushrooms and they brought us mayonnaise and ranch dressing. We ordered a salad with thousand island because they don’t carry blue cheese and they brought a ranch . Very disappointing

The food was fine. My husbands order was made wrong and it took our waitress 20 minutes to fix it and come back with his food. We didn’t get a single water refill until we were finished with our meal. We sat at our table for an hour before our waitress came to our table and we got boxes and left. She was short with us and not very pleasant, clear she does not like her job. I had higher expectations for a restaurant inside a nice casino.

It was our first time here and our server, Jason, was extremely nice and patient with us.
We ended up getting the lb of buffalo wings, which, thankfully, they are bone in. They are tasty and has the right amount of Buffalo sauce on them. Unfortunately, they were soggy and cold. The ranch is okay but the wings are tasty enough to eat them plain.
The house salad was huge but had a great amount of greens and a couple of cherry tomatoes.
The all nite burger was terrible! I get it's grilled but this was full in burnt. It had an off flavor to it. Other than that there are absolutely no seasonings not even salt or pepper. The american cheese slices were not melted and was like a government cheese style. The fries were alright but cold.
Overall, the food is not worth the price. You can tell all the food is pre-made and just sitting there waiting to be plated.
There are the same style wings and prices ($19.99 lb) at Grande Pizza in the Market place which taste spectacular! They are made to order so they are piping hot and crispy!

First time eating here. Service was good. Food not so much brisket lacked flavor and was dry. Pork ribs dry and flavorless. Sausage was okay. 3 meat plate not worth it. Chicken tenders were dry. Mac and cheese was okay. Best thing were the fries

Here today to chill at the bar before we head back to San Antonio. The bartender is extremely rude.
