Everything is good, the only thing they need to fix is the outside drive thru speaker. The girl couldn't hear me and there was a lot of noise in the background. I've heard it's been like that for a while.

I made an order based off of what price is on the menu when I got there the supervisor was very polite but the worker was very rude and did not want to value the price. That's sad that the supervisor has people like that working!!

Food is always excellent, they still have the lobby closed, so it's Togo only, but the food is worth it.Years later 1/24 posting this, well, their lobby is still closed, food is still good, service is very impersonal, had to stand out in the cold for 15 minutes, kinda takes away from the desire to do it too often for sure.

Cold, food. I was very disappointed that the chicken was hard and was not fresh. For 15 dollars, I wish it was fresh. Thr fries were very greasy and floppy. This was the second time iv gone ansld LAST time i went.SERVICE: It was ok. The gentleman did not say anything to me, no professional response. I asked a question, and he ignored me.ATMOSPHERE: The worst, they don't dine in anymore. You have to order outside on the sidewalk. And there is no place to sit or anything. Sad to see it go down.

We have ordered where the chicken has come out dry, cold gravy, missing items, cold jalapeño poppers or with little to almost no cheese inside them, and rude service. Not the same Rodees it was back in the day.

RIP yall used to be good now yall just hire a bunch of employees with Xanax problems that can literally never get the order right and give you attitude when you want the correct order. Almost damn near threw my whole box at foo for giving me attitude on HIS mistake. Valen verga esos chappetios. Learn how to work learn how to organize better, also $28 for a small box of gizzard and 6 tenders is insaneeeeee. They used to be colossal and now they all tiny. One of my "tenders" was a ball of just breading ??

Awesome gizzards, but price increases have increased by 83.5%. Small gizzards were $5.99 with price increase they are now priced at $10.99Wheelchair accessibility: It is available, but there is no dining in. Due to slope of parking area it is difficult for wheelchairs to access area.
