I’m from out of town and I find it hard to find good costumer service in Eagle pass but I never had a problem with this establishment. They’ve even gone out of there way to contact me when I forgot my purse there
Horrible!!! Visiting and the staff was rude and they were out of certain items!!! Glad I will never be back!!!

I was told that their Starbucks doesn't carry lactose free milk 🥛 Other Starbucks offer certain drinks with lactose free milk for those of us who can't drink regular milk . Two of the young women at the counter were neither polite or friendly. Maybe time for new management or better trained employees.
Coming from Houston I've never heard of a Starbucks having 25-30 min wait for my coffee to be ready. They give Preference to online and drive thru and poop the walk in's 👎🏼

The place is super good but I find it unfair to wait more than 30 minutes when you enter the establishment because they give priority to those at the drive-thru. Everything else is fine.

This place is just awful. It’s become a running joke on whether they are going to have cold brew iced coffee and we place bets before going. I kid you not they more often don’t have cold brew coffee and will charge you EXTRA ($2.00-$3.00) to “customize” an iced coffee even if you are literally getting the same coffee and just replacing the cold brew with standard iced coffee. I’ve called countless times corporate and nothing gets done. The line is ALWAYS ridiculously long and the wait is outrageous. Today was the final straw and why I will probably never go back. After waiting 30 minutes in line I pulled up to the kiosk to place my order only to find out that they didn’t have cold brew or iced coffee… a coffee shop without coffee… they said they could make it as an americano but it would cost $3.00 more since it’s a customization. Support a small business and go to Sweet Treats bakery here in town or if you don’t want to go inside and rather go through a drive thru go to a Texas owned company and get HTeaO. Their Horchata iced coffee is amazing!!! Starbucks itself is a great company but this one here is terrible.
