I just love Taco Bell since day one it got to us in Eagle Pass, Texas!
We never received our drink even after asking twice. When we asked for a refund after finishing our food, the cashier, Joanna Ponse, seemed annoyed and said the register had been closedโeven though it was only 10:06pm. Instead of a refund, she rolled her eyes and gave me KFC coupons for a Taco Bell purchase. Another customer was also missing part of their order. Staff was clearly rushing to leave and very unprofessional. Better off going to the Roswell location.

Want to give a huge shoutout to Omar and the night crew that worked on Tuesday, April 22nd.
Scummy DoorDash driver, Daniel, only brought half my order and refused to pick it up. When I called this location and asked if my food was still there, the nice young lady said it was and that I can pick it up. She even offered to make a fresh order, which I said wasnโt necessary. The Taco Bell crew was very polite and professional yet DoorDash driver and support staff was basically useless.
If you see Omar, you know your order is coming out perfect. Management needs to give him and the crew a raise.
