No straws given had to ask 2 different wait staff before we got them. Food took too long, over a hour, sides were cold. Had to ask twice for the Appetizer which was requested as meal but the waitress just kept apologizing that it was coming out. When it finally came it was cold too bread was soggy. 2nd experience like this here.

Chicken critters were dry, no flavor and all batter, ribs were inedibly dry, okay flavor, 16 oz Ny Strip came out raw, (I ordered Medium Rare) actually cold in the middle, sent it back, came back out rare but my sides were cold at that point and my family was pretty much done eating so I just took it. I guess they don’t temp their steaks. No flavor tan color, no sear… Rolls were delicious as always but that’s it. Didn’t even get a discount, charged full price for terrible food. 01/01/2026

Gone several times hoping service isn't super slow but even though restaurant was pretty empty for dinner, still took pretty long to be seated. Order was taken fairly quickly, but food took way too long to come out. The steaks have not met my expectations so far, compared to other Texas Roadhouse restaurants

Waiting over a hour, when clearly i saw alot of open tables, female infront very rude.. food was cold. Waiter only came to us ask us once if we needed anything. After everything we still waited 30 40 minutes just to get our check .. fyi they need more tables and chairs. Alot of people complaining the booths were to small for them.
Since they opened, this place can cook a steak superbly. Their staff are all friendly and very interactive with the customers. Pre-plan your visit and use the app to reserve your table tonight!

The food was great, but the service really missed the mark. Our server, Allison, was not attentive at all. Right from the start, we mentioned that we had called ahead for a family order, and she seemed confused and unsure of what to do. Throughout our visit, we had to repeatedly try to get her attention — we waited about 5–10 minutes just to get plates, and our cups stayed empty for quite a while before she finally came back for refills. Most of the time, she was chatting with coworkers instead of checking on tables. It took way too long to get any assistance, which was disappointing considering how good the food was.
