This experience wouldnt have been good if i didn’t have the best service abd conversation with a worker named, Terry. she was very attentive and even complimented what i was wearing! 10/10 service, food was okay but still gets a 5/5 because of her (made my day)

We had never tried Whataburger before but were highly impressed with this store. From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. The girl who took our order was helpful and friendly. The dining area had lots of room and was pleasant, the music was not too loud to visit and there was enough room the customers were not crowded. Our food was brought out and someone brought a tray with catsup, napkins and salt and we could get what we needed. every staff member had a smile and a friendly greeting. The food was very good, a BIG hamburger in this day and age. the fries good and the onions rings were terrific, real onion rings. Thank you for a super first time experience

Its pretty good like your average whataburger, extremely long lines tho pretty good burgers tho.
Made me wait a whole hour in drive through in the summer heat just for 1 single cinnamon bun

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a difference!
I hadn’t visited the inside of this Whataburger in Eagle Pass for a while because lines were too long and it was getting to be too dirty, chaotic, and noisy.
But today? Wow…
The whole place was clean & calm. The place looked great.
Every staff member was actively doing something—cleaning, wiping down tables, taking out trash.
No long lines, no mess, no stress.
It felt really good to sit down and enjoy a great burger in a clean, welcoming space again.
Big shoutout to the manager and team working today at 4PM —whatever changes have been made, they’re great!
