⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a difference!
I hadn’t visited the inside of this Whataburger in Eagle Pass for a while because lines were too long and it was getting to be too dirty, chaotic, and noisy.
But today? Wow…
The whole place was clean & calm. The place looked great.
Every staff member was actively doing something—cleaning, wiping down tables, taking out trash.
No long lines, no mess, no stress.
It felt really good to sit down and enjoy a great burger in a clean, welcoming space again.
Big shoutout to the manager and team working today at 4PM —whatever changes have been made, they’re great!

This Whataburger location has terrible service they take anywhere from 45 mins to 1.5hrs to get your food out to you in the drive through. They need to retrain their employees and change management because this location has so many issues.
Disappointment. I got an animal in my Cobb salad. 😔😔😔

Staff is super friendly and no complaints about the staff or food however that the place isn’t as clean. There is so many staff members compared to others that I’ve been to and you would assume that with more staff the faster and cleaner the restaurant but nope.

Horrible experience. Used the drive thru which took very long and when they finally gave me my order the cup had a hole on the bottom which spilled all over my vehicle while I was waiting for the other part of my order. They finally gave me my order and I ended up parking up front since I noticed the cup and asked for a new cup. After heading home I noticed that my order was incomplete and was missing several items that were charged for and I live more than 30 minutes away and was not going to drive back once more after they had already messed up...
