In other words if you know the school you know this location, and food quality. But most of time good quality food. Just go easy on them, they're just kids after all.

I was trying to get to the Howard Payne football game, to watch my daughter perform at halftime. Due to me having to work today I was already going to be running a very tight schedule. Didn't have a chance to eat so I thought I would stop in real quick and get a pretzel with cheese and a drink. After I had ordered, I realized I didn't have my card and all the cash I had was $100 bill. I made sure and let them know in advance and they said that it would be no problem. I assumed that because I told them in advance they would bring the change out with them, but that didn't happen. It took 10 minutes for her to get back with my change putting me even further behind. After I left I realized they didn't give me the cheese that I asked for. So I turned back around and went through the drive-thru thinking it would be quick, again not what happened. I explained to the girl that I had ordered two pretzels with cheese and of course I didn't get my cheese sauce. She leaves and comes back to the window with one cheese sauce. I explained to her that I had just told her I ordered two pretzels and didn't get either of my cheese sauce so she left again to go get the other one. This now has put me 20 minutes late. I should have arrived at the game at 1:30 and because of what I thought would be a quick stop ended up putting me an hour late instead of just 30 minutes.

You have to be really specific about when you come here. Some of the servers are fast, friendly and inviting but most seem to dispise their life's and have attitudes, I often have to ask for extra sauce after specifying to add them, it seems as if orders do not matter most evenings and weekends Editing to add: I personally will not bring my business back to this sonic location. I waited over 15 minutes and watched the servers bring out everyone else's orders and didn't mine until I pushed the call button. When I got my food it was nearly cold from sitting on the counter ALREADY made. It takes more than a few minutes for them too cool down when they're freshly made so they sat on their counter for a while.

I bought 2 blasts, and when we got home, I noticed that one of the cups was leaking. I got to looking and found that the cup had a hole punched in it, and instead of using another cup, they put a sticker on it, which only worked long enough to get home.
Wife was at work so I stopped by for a hamburger and hot dog for supper. Both were quite tasty.

I pulled up to a stall and was waiting for a friend to text me their order back when I was approached by a gentleman who I thought was power washing the drive-thru. He came up to my window and told me that there was no loitering and that I needed to leave. I tried to explain my situation to him but it further agitated the man. I asked if he worked for this location and he told me he only worked for the company cleaning the drive-thru. I told home I was about to order but was waiting for my friend to text me back what she wanted. He then started saying that he was going to call the police on me due to the fact that I was "drunk" or "clearly had something wrong with me". Mind you this is at 9:30 in the morning in the way to work. I told him that I wouldn't mind having the police called and I wouldn't mind taking a breathalyzer if he would also take one because who would approach someone like that at a drive-thru ordering food. I asked him if me ordering now would make it acceptable for me to be sitting in the Drive-In because for as long as I've been alive you've been able to sit in Sonic Drive-Ins with your food and consume it. He then took out his phone and told me he was going to call the police. So I drove around to the drive-thru window and asked to speak to the manager. The girl in the Drive-Thru told me that the man cleaning the drive was in fact the manager. When I tried to call the corporate Sonic number they offered me a free route 44 drink. I told them that I did not want a drink I needed to make it known of the poor service that I received at this location. They were not busy. There were multiple other stalls open. If he needed to wash the stall that I was in, I would have moved somewhere else. Instead he questioned my Sobriety at 9:30 in the morning and threatened to call the police. All I wanted was to gete a nice refreshing drink to laste through my shift on what is going to be a scorcher. Instead I drive away in tears.

I love my local Sonic! This is the fastest Sonic in the area by far! I love coming here because I know I can get in and out quickly, they always get my order right, and it’s just great service! It’s nice that they have an easily accessible trailer stall as well!
