This is absolutely a pearl of a place in early texas. Staffer's friendly, coffee, hot patrons great clean bathrooms... Yada yada yada! 😅

Any time the lavender is in hey it with the green tea frap with a shot of expresso. Also the green tea is good with the pecan crunch and pecan syrup in the fall! Best flavor combos in drinking experience ever! Thank you!!

Walked in. No greeting even though standing at register Happened to be noticed. Wasn't busy at the time. Even if you're not watching the register, you should greet the customer if you're free to do so.

Slowest Starbucks in Texas. Dont walk in. You will stand there watching 3 or 4 employees frantically serving the drive thru traffic. Ten minutes after placing my order the batista asked, "what was that you ordered"? I canced my order and left.

I went in to get my wife a drink. My wife has a disease that makes her unable to ingest gluten, to the point of where cross contamination is a serious problem. When I asked if they could wash the blender, the cashier, who's apron said Coffee Master, and I think her name was April, said "no we can't do that," snidely. I was confused so I said "you can't wash the blender?" and she got very rude and snippy with me about it. So I left. If the answer was simply no, sorry, and she wasn't rude about it, I would've been disappointed but whatever. Not doing basic things like washing a dish, which might take maybe 2 minutes total, makes it hostile for people who are sensitive. But, as I said, I come to expect that. When you're rude about it is when we have a problem.
