So this is the second time I get an almost melting cone from this location. One time is fine, maybe something was wrong with the machine but two times in separate occasions is not. The staff is amazing and respectful, but who wants a melting cone? DQ, please fix the temperature or something.

Worst service. Girl behind the counter was more worried about her phone then the customer. I had to make the same order twice and she still got it wrong and then got mad at me for not just taking it as if I was inconveniencing her. All I ordered was a banana split all the way.
