Just had lunch today from Sonic. I placed an online order and my food came out fast soon as I had checked in my order was already on the way out. Food was hot and fresh and the drink was nice and cold. Great work š

This is by far the worst Sonic in existence. Whoever owns this Sonic needs to stop being a cheapskate and do better ⦠at everything!

This is by far the slowest Sonic that I have been too. Itās never packed, but they take their precious time to take orders and even longer to deliver. Iām not sure if they are short of help all the time or what.

Tried to give them a second chance , they didn't even have change for a $20 bill and the total was around $9 but apparently it's my fault since all I had was cash. They said it's not their fault that the last shift didn't leave any change when in fact it is.... The girl at the window is nice but this location SUCKS.
Literally the worst Sonic I've ever been to they have the worst customer service and they couldn't even make change for a 20 and told me I couldn't pay for my food unless I use a card tried this location multiple times and there's always an issue with the food or service literally go anywhere else

Having only 2 days employees working by themselves is horrible. It was 1 cook and the sweet girl at the window with 8 people in line bc of the short staffed! I feel so bad for them but even with so much on her plate, she was still so kind.

I deleted my previous review because I thought this one would be a better explanation of why me or my family will never come back to this business. This evening I went to get a drink. It was a $1.60. The girl with short and shaved sided hair with lines in it who works there came out side with the most pissed off, disgusting look on her face. I was in the drive thru and she brought out my drink along with the car in front of me. I handed her my debit card and she walked back inside. As she came out with the same disgusted look on here face, she handed the car in front me their card and receipt then she handed my debit card back. I asked for my receipt please and she said, I donāt have one on meā and started to walk off. I asked politely, if I can please have my receipt. She rolled her eyes and walked off with her hands clinched. I waited as two the cars in front of me received their order at the drive thru window. When I got to the window, she rudely handed my receipt to me. In no way was I ever rude as was being more than polite as a normal human being does. Disgusting display of professionalism. This was the last straw with this establishment and others are right there as well. Management has failed this location over and over again.

The WORSTā¦.I just ordered a burger and said mustard,lettuce and onions only.The gave me the burger with mayo and cold cheese plus the meat patty was cold.Went back to have them fix it and I didnāt have an attitude.The girl literally wiped the mayo off and slapped a lot of mustard on my burger.I can see the mayo all over the meat patty.What if I was allergic. I got out of the car and threw it away.Then I tried to call and I couldnāt get through.I know people make mistakes but dang itās not that hard to fixā¦.so annoying!!!
Drove through this morning to get a breakfast burrito and granted,the food was nice and hot. The food just looked poorly made with Wayyy less ingredients than I've seen at any other sonic. Would love to stop by here more if they would kindly fix the low motivation of the staff and food preparation.

I am a Sonic fan and have never given a Sonic a poor review. But I have never received a corn dog that still had wet dough on the inside and a cold hot dog. Un-eatable. I did not go back because I did not know how long a second try would take.

Went thru drive thru to order a pretzel with cheese and cheddar peppers. Took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. When the gentleman did he informed me they were out of peppers I said ok then just a pretzel with cheese. I drive up wait another 10 minutes. I get my pretzel and drive off when I open my bag there is no cheese. Instead of driving back to wait another 20 minutes. I call and ask about my cheese. The gentleman says they are out of cheese. If I would of known that I wouldn't of even placed an order. They need to have the products that are listed menu in stock. Poor poor poor management. Get it together Sonic....

Service was horrible! Took almost 20 minutes to get an order of Mozzarella sticks and pretzel twists. The pretzel twists were hard as a rock and could even bite into it. After 10 minutes of ordering the girl
Comes to the drive through window and asks me are you waiting on food. Well duh!! I was thinking to myself I wouldnāt be sitting here if not. Then she asks what did you order again like the place was busy. It wasnāt, there were three other cars there.
