Worse service I've had from this place ever. I put in an order online for the cheesy puffs, spent over and hr waiting for my order so I went inside and spoke with the manager when she told me my order was barely going to get started, that was an 1 1/2 waiting for an order of cheesy puffs. Management needs to learn to manage time and orders better.

Terrible service from team member and manager. I asked for a lunch combo and extra marinara sauce but after waiting 10 minutes only got the small deep dish. When I went inside to get the coke and pay for the marinara sauce I got charged $6 for both because he said he couldn’t hear that I asked for a lunch combo and that it wasn’t his fault. So I ended up paying double because “it wasn’t his fault”. When I asked for the manger she came walking towards me already laughing at the situation and after explaining what happened to her she said “so what’s the problem” and the team member continued to argue with me. I was in no mood to argue or get anything in return I just wanted to address the situation but it’s clear no one there really cares, I left with a manager laughing at the situation and a team member so mad he stormed off to the back. It’s clear this location shows no accountability.

I’ve been to this pizza place several times, but over time the quality has really gone downhill. The pizza used to taste much better, but lately they’ve been skimping on the tomato/pizza sauce or marinara sauce, leaving it mostly tasting like bread and cheese. On top of that, I’ve noticed that the guys behind the counter are always working hard, while the girls often just stand around, ignoring customers or staring at the wall. It really affects the overall experience. Hopefully, they can improve both the flavor and the service soon.
