Stopped here to supercharge before heading back to Austin, and decided to give Taco Casa a try. Very nice server. Had the taco salad. It was actually pretty good and hit the spot.

I’ve never been to a taco casa that didn’t have meat. A few weeks ago I ordered tacos and they were out of meat. I had to order bean burritos. Today I offered a bean burrito and there were hardly any beans!i also ordered tacos that had about a tbsp of meat! I’ve never had a bean burrito or taco made this way from any other Taco Casa! It’s been consistently bad.

My taco was broken in pieces after I got home and drove 20 mins out just to get taco casa called the store the lady pulled up my order and said they would replace it another day I came in, then she called back too ask can I keep the taco and bring the taco back on the day I come after I drove 20 mins too get it paid for it and go home and it was broken up and u have the nerve and audacity too call me back after u said u would replace it for me too bring the taco back like are you serious I would never visit this location again I spend a lot of my hard earn money at Taco Casa too get treated with such disrespect over 1 taco! Like are serious? I had too eat my taco with a spoon couldn’t even pick the taco up and eat it like an actually TACO!

I went to the location on Crowley road at 9:50 and not only was the drive threw closed but when I went to the front of the store the people inside saw me and ignored me .They couldn't even have the decency to say sorry were closed and I'm sure it's because they weren't supposed to be and they were not wanting me to ask why does there web site say they're still open .This is what kind of workers thos location have I hope this will be looked in to .

Pretty sure the owner/manager tells the staff to short paying customers on food. Every time we use the drive thru, we are missing food. We have to go back and we still don’t get everything we were missing. Get it together. It’s not hard to count to 10 tacos for a family order.

This Taco Casa and the one at Crowley both close at 10pm on Saturdays. Don’t waste a bunch of time sitting in the drive thru like myself and other cars waiting for deliciousness to go hand and hand with good service or consistency. Maybe it was a Google that got it wrong. Let’s check the Taco Casa website for hours of the #112, oh wait, Taco Casa Incorporated doesn’t even list this bootleg Taco Casa on its corporate website. This is a rogue Taco Casa. They don’t even list the hours on the building. Just a paper print out of their Christmas hours. Don’t bother driving to Crowley location 6 minutes away, same thing. They at least have a recorded notification at the drive thru explaining they are closed, but the now open light is on. At least you won’t be alone if you choose this life. Lots of company, cars coming in behind and cars in front of you in the parking lot trying to figure out where and who is behind this betrayal of confidence. Just forget about Taco Casa. It’s inconsistent approach to customer service despite a quality product will be it down fall or at least the source of its regional stagnation. Say hi to Taco Cabana when you see them down in the lake of fire and brimstone that makes up that seventh circle.

Quick service! Everything is great. The attendant behind the counter was super fantastic. I don't remember her name but she definitely deserves a raise. I will go there again
