The cashier's argued with me about changing a hard shell to a soft on a super taco, saying it couldn't be done and wanting to chargeme MORE. Mgr came right in and made it right. I wish I'd gotten her name.
This Taco Casa and the one at Crowley both close at 10pm on Saturdays. Don’t waste a bunch of time sitting in the drive thru like myself and other cars waiting for deliciousness to go hand and hand with good service or consistency. Friendly and clear spoken staff. As a person of deafness this is always a nightmare when ordering. My one dislike was them miss placing my card at the drive-thru, but eventually got it back.
