Your customer service sucks!. Your waitress poured ice water all over my neice and grandchild, another waitress just threw a pile of napkins on the table for them to clean up the mess themselves! No discount or refund offered, only excuses. Shame on you. If this is the way you treat your customers you will not be in business long. Disgraceful.

I have eaten at the Lumberyard numerous times. Food has always been excellent. Service has always been "iffy". However, July 3, 2025 was absolutely the worst service I have ever experience at any restaurant, anywhere, anytime.
Got to the restaurant at 7 PM. Young black man seated us. We sat in booth waiting for service. NO ONE ever even took our drink order. At 7:15, I found the same young black man and asked that someone take our drink order. I also explained that there had been two parties, come in after we had been seated. Both of them had their drink orders taken and had received them, they were now placing their food orders. He told me he would get someone to take care of use.
We waited until 7:25, NO ONE ever even took the drink order. We got up and left the restaurant. We passed this same young black man, on the way out, and he never said a word!
The waitress, I do not know if we were "in her area" but she waited on the booth immediately behind us and another table that was two tables to the side of us. She was terribly dressed to be waiting on the public, in my opinion. This is July 3rd, it is HOT. She is wearing a black toboggan with some brightly colored flower sticking out of it, long sleeve black shirt and black jeans.
WE probably will go back, just because this really was our first "bad" experience here but, it may be a while before I can get rid of the really bad taste left by this trip!

An excellent restaurant, food is always good and quick service. We eat here for breakfast 4 days a week and lunch one or 2 at least and it is always great, consistently.

On a fishing trip we ate breakfast here 2 days in a row. It was great! I had waffles the first day and french toast the 2nd day. Both were delicious. Even the coffee is great. My husband got the chicken fried steak twice and it was so good he wouldn't share. The service was awesome. Keep up the good work.
