Environment is ok, most of the time service is ok, it's the hot and mis with the quality of the food, most times over cooked or tastes like old grease or something,hard and sometimes like it's been sitting, or the next time comes out hot freshly cooked, but forgets a side, or makes the burger incorrectly, just depends on who's making the food

We went for burgers and tots for dinner. Horrible. We took everything home. The burgers must have been setting out for a long while. The tots and fries probably from lunch cold grease. We have gone there many times and even braged about how good it was. Not tonight.
