Environment is ok, most of the time service is ok, it's the hot and mis with the quality of the food, most times over cooked or tastes like old grease or something,hard and sometimes like it's been sitting, or the next time comes out hot freshly cooked, but forgets a side, or makes the burger incorrectly, just depends on who's making the food
The service is fast the store is clean the staff is awesome and the food is hot and they would have five stars if not for the mistakes not big ones but an burger was left out and i had to go back but it was rectified...
This sonic is the BEST. I have been to 4 others in the surrounding areas that gave little to no service at all. But the sonic in Edgewood rocks! Everyone is friendly, courteous, professional, and the food is always fresh and tasty.
