Went by on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30. Their info said it was open until 3:00 but it was already closed when we arrived.

Came in this morning and ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. All 3 sandwiches were soo cold me and my kids could not even enjoy them. The coffee I ordered was not made right and I ended up dumping it down the drain. What a complete waste of money.
Also I made a facebook post about this and the owner asked me to delete it, did not offer a refund or even I'm sorry just to delete the post!! Horrible way to run a business therefore my business will be going elsewhere!

I came in this morning. There was only one person in front of me. I watched the 2 employees work diligently to make coffee. I waited and waited. They wouldn’t even look at us or say anything. Finally after 5 minutes I asked the customer in front of me if she had been acknowledged at all and she said no. It was such an uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling. The girl at the register appeared unhappy. Finally a couple more minutes pass and one of the girls comes to the register. No hi how are you, no I’m sorry for the wait. There was just absolutely no customer service skills in this place. It appeared that they might have been new or short staffed which is fine but customer service is important. Acknowledge your customers, greet them, let them know you will be with them in a minute. Don’t make them feel as if they don’t belong in there. Coffee was good and cute aesthetics but customer service is everything and they fell really short.

We have been in Terrell for a while now, and were craving iced coffee ☕️ - But, like most people, we were tired of spending money on places like Starbucks, etc. So, we started looking for a small businesses in the area, and we happened upon this charming coffee shop.
They were very welcoming, and the coffee is 100% better than any of the mainstream coffee shops.
We had the Almond Joy (Almond + Chocolate + Coconut), and the Salty Belle (Salted Caramel + Vanilla Bean)

The best part, for me as a returning Texan, is the sense of place this place has created. From the moment I stepped in, it said, “Welcome to small town Texas.” What a delight.The staff welcomes you with their whole heart, chatting as if you their favorite cousin, stopped by for an hour.Leave yourself some time to peruse the menu—there are LOTS of options. While your barista hand prepares your delightful drink, take a look at the fun merchandise to take a more lasting reminder of this memorable location.

I give them the benefit of the doubt this time. But I stood at the window for 6 minutes before I decided to leave. 4 vehicles were served in the drive-thru. I even knocked. How do we mitigate this?I would put a ringer for walk up customers. Sorry for not being a drive-thru guy lol

I love that you guys are open at 5 am! It saves me so much time not having to wait for a coffee place to open on my way to work. Everyone is very nice and polite. Coffee is good; a bit pricy, but worth it.
